Jelly Belly's Response to PPP Loan

The COVID-19 pandemic created uncertainty about many aspects of our operations. When the federal government offered support, we applied for the loan in good faith and met all the requirements as set forth by the U.S. Treasury. In the spirit of what was intended by the CARES Act, we were able to keep our dedicated employees on the payroll. The pandemic continues to create uncertainty for our business and without the loan, it would have forced us to reduce headcount at the outset of the COVID-19 outbreak. Our goal is always to do what is best for our employees and our customers.
